A Note On Dispatch During Our Biggest Sale of the Year
Please expect a delay with dispatch during the busy sale period. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be fulfilled, and then 2-3 days to be shipped. Our Returns Period has been extended to January 31st, so a delay in delivery will not affect your return window. 

Please note, no Express Shipping is available during the sale period.

To be eligible for a free shipping method, the order total (after discounts have been applied) must be above the minimum threshold of £45.

For orders over £45 Regular Shipping (2-3 Days) is FREE. To be eligible for free shipping, the total price (after discounts have been applied) must be above £45 (please note this total does not include Gift Cards as these are delivered separately via email).

Extended Returns 

For orders placed between Thursday, November 16th to Sunday, December 31st: you will have until January 31st, 2024 to request an exchange or return on eligible items.

We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Boody but if for any reason you have any issues, you can return any item (except Final Sale items or Intimate Underwear) within 30 days from the date of purchase The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. You may return the item to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note, we are only able to process returns for orders made directly from boody.co.uk. For any orders placed elsewhere please contact the retailer directly. 

Please note - all intimate underwear is EXCLUDED from returns for hygiene reasons, this includes our Period & Leak Proof underwear, this does not include any of our bras.

Please noteany product marked FINAL SALE is EXCLUDED from returns, no refunds or exchanges will be offered on these products.

If it's been longer than this, please contact customercare.uk@boody.com with proof of return and your order number. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) it can take a little longer.


How should I care for my Boody?
We recommend a gentle, warm machine wash with similar colours, using gentle biodegradable detergent, followed by air-drying in the shade. Please do not tumble dry. Iron on a low setting. Do not dry clean.

How should I care for my Boody Padded Bras?
While hand washing is doable, a gentle machine wash is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Shaper Bra. We recommend that you avoid the dryer as the heat will break down any elastics and can cause dimpling in your padding. For these reasons, we also recommend that you simply take out removable padding before washing.

What's with the scratchy tag on my new underwear?
Our undies are the comfiest out there. We don't want to mess that up with an itchy tag, but alas, government regulations require a ton of information attached to undergarments so we designed our tag to be removed with the simple tug of a thread. Don't cut it off - simply locate the tag and flip around to the backside.  You'll see a temporary stitch that is designed to come out. Gently tug that seam and your tag is gone completely. Tag-less and comfy once more!


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. When purchasing from Boody your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Credit card details are never stored on the Boody website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway (Stripe or PayPal) for authorization and authentication.

Can I send a Boody gift to a friend?
Yes, of course! During checkout, update the shipping address to the desired address. Or alternatively, you could get them a Boody Gift Card, which will be emailed to you and you can simply send onto them. 

How do I enter a coupon code?
To enter a coupon code during check-out, look for the green box above the billing details section. Simply click and type to enter your coupon code. Make sure you click “Apply”.
