Very comfortable! I always know it’s gonna be a good workout if I have this on. I find it flattering and does the job!
I bought this in the same size that I wear in the shaper bra, and it is way smaller, I couldn’t even fit into it, and it was a final sale and not returnable. Very disappointing, since I like the shaper bra allot.

Unfortunately, this was too small and she also it was not the bra style for her ...though again quality excellent.
